    The remarkable Town of East Hampton is located on the southeastern edge of Suffolk County, at the eastern end of the south shore of Long Island, New York. East Hampton, along with its surrounding neighbors, is part of an area referred to as “The Hamptons”. East Hampton is the easternmost town in the state of New York and is on a peninsula.
